Narsanda, Gujarat

Processing Capacity: 20 MT/hr

Special Features: This facility includes a newly established cold storage unit (2015) designed to maintain optimal conditions for seed storage, ensuring longevity and quality. The plant also houses advanced seed conditioning and packing units, supported by a dedicated team with extensive experience in seed processing.

Jalna, Maharashtra

Processing Capacity: 20 MT/hr

Special Features: Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for seed cleaning, grading, and packing. The facility also features a warehouse with a capacity of 75,000 SFT, ensuring ample space for seed storage under optimal conditions.

Hyderabad, Telangana:

Processing Capacity: 20 MT/hr

Special Features: This plant includes a cold storage unit specifically for foundation and breeder seeds, with a capacity of 10,000 CFT. The facility is also equipped with the latest seed processing technology to handle large-scale operations with precision.

Combined Installed Capacity

Across our facilities in Ahmedabad, Jalna, and Hyderabad, we have a combined installed capacity of 50 MT/hr, supported by approximately 1 lakh SFT of storage space. This allows us to manage large volumes of seed efficiently and maintain consistent quality across batches.

Cold Storage

Our cold storage facilities in Ahmedabad and Hyderabad are critical for preserving seed viability, especially for foundation and breeder seeds that require controlled environments to maintain their quality. Proper storage conditions, including low temperature and humidity control, are meticulously maintained to extend the seeds' shelf life and ensure they retain their genetic potential.

Wet Cob Mechanical Drying Unit

Located in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, this unit is specifically designed for drying maize cobs, ensuring that the seeds are processed under ideal conditions to prevent moisture- related damage. This technology enhances seed quality by reducing the risk of fungal infections and ensuring uniform drying

Quality Assurance & Testing

Quality control is integral to our seed processing operations. We have established Quality Control Laboratories & have Field Test Farms of 10 Acres at each at our Ahmedabad and Hyderabad facilities, where every batch of seeds undergoes rigorous testing to ensure compliance with our high standards.

Seed Testing

Our laboratories are equipped to conduct comprehensive tests for seed moisture content, germination rates, vigour, physical and genetic purity, and freedom from seed-borne diseases and insect infestations. These tests are essential for assessing the quality of seed lots before they are offered for sale.

DNA Marker Assisted Genetic Purity Testing:

This advanced testing method allows us to verify the genetic integrity of our hybrids, ensuring that the seeds delivered to farmers are true to type and possess the desired traits.

Cold Test & Vigour Test:

We conduct cold tests to simulate adverse environmental conditions, evaluating the seed's ability to germinate under stress. Vigour tests further assess the overall health and resilience of the seed, providing a clear indication of its performance potential.
